SALES & RETURN POLICIES
Sales Tax will be charged to all California residents.
Customer must inspect all products upon receipt and notify SWT within seven (7) calendar days if any product contained in your order is found to be defective. Customer must call or e-mail SWT to receive a valid “Return Authorization (RA)” number prior to returning any defective product. Defective products will be exchanged for same or like-kind products only.
Customer must contact SWT within seven (7) days of receiving package if planning to return package. Return of either a Deluxe or Basic Package must include the complete product content of that package and must have a valid preauthorized RA number attained from SWT prior to return. All returns must be received within two (2) weeks of when you received package. No “partial” Basic or Deluxe Package returns will be accepted. All items must be in original unopened packaging and in “like new“ condition. If any product of package has been opened or damaged no refund will be given. All return shipping charges will be borne by and at customers expense.
SHIPPING
All packages must be shipped to a physical address. Delivery CAN NOT be made to P.O. Boxes. Shipments can be made to college campus mailrooms as long as mailroom attendant is on duty to sign for your package. All packages will be shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery in order for package to be left at the shipping address. Packages will not be left at residence if no one is there to sign for and accept responsibility of package. Once signature is attained SWT will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event no one is at the residence to take custody of package, a UPS InfoNotice will be left to indicate a delivery has been attempted. A total of three (3) delivery attempts to shipping address will be made before package is taken to the local UPS facility and held there for three (3) days for you to pick up. If you do not pick up package within a three (3) day period it will be returned to SWT.
Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, and we rarely fail. In the event that an item in your chosen package is out of stock and on backorder, you will be notified by SWT either by phone or e-mail. You may then choose to cancel order or accept initial package contents and have backordered product(s) shipped to you as soon as we receive them. Please be advised that backordered items may take SWT ten (10) business days or more to receive. Notification of expected arrival date can be attained via e-mail or phone.
RUSH DELIVERIES
Rush and overnight delivery available depending on customer location. Additional delivery charges apply at customers expense. Contact SWT by phone or e-mail to inquire on rates. Rush and overnight deliveries require a physical address (no P.O. boxes). Be aware that one or more products will have to be shipped separately via “ground” due to air shipping restrictions which, depending on your location, could take an additional five days to arrive.
